Founded in the early 1980s, HATCON began with a commitment to reliable solutions for Saudi Arabia's growing industrial and commercial sectors.
As the company expanded, regional offices were established in Riyadh, Jeddah and Yanbu, evolving HATCON into a diversified provider with four core business divisions. Today, we serve a wide range of industries, including oil & gas, petrochemicals, manufacturing, infrastructure, healthcare, education, hospitality and commercial facilities.
In 2026, HATCON entered a new chapter following its acquisition by Masdar, strengthening our capabilities, expanding our portfolio of globally recognized brands, and reinforcing our commitment to delivering innovative solutions across the Kingdom.
